Abstract

The study aimed to identify the main educational foundations proposed to develop the family reform regarding (the work environment - the parties of the case - the family counselor) at the Court of Personal Status in Riyadh city from the point of view of family counselors. To achieve this objective, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach. The main results of the study were that the most prominent educational foundations proposed to develop the family reform regarding (the work environment) at the Court of Personal Status in Riyadh city from the point of view of family counselors are: Good selection of the appropriate family counselor, and to transfer an appropriate number of cases for the family counselor. The main educational foundations to develop the family reform regarding (the parties of the case at the Court of Personal Status in Riyadh city from the point of view of family counselors are: the ability to explain the causes of the problem, and the Honesty in listing problem events. And the main educational foundations to develop the family reform regarding (the family counselor) at the Court of Personal Status in Riyadh city from the point of view of family counselors are: The sincere desire of the counselor to work in the field of the family reform, the power of religious conscience and self-control of the family counselor. The study recommended to activate the proposed educational foundations to develop the family reform regarding (the work environment - the parties of the case - the family counselor) at the Court of Personal Status in Riyadh city from the point of view of family counselors through the adoption of these foundations and seeking to implement them by the Reconciliation Center of the Ministry of Justice.
