Abstract

The study aimed to recognize the reality of remote teacher training on using the " Madrasty " platform from their point of view, it also sought to reveal statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers' responses on their view about their remote training to use " Madrasty" platform attributed to the variables of (gender, qualification, years of service), and make proposals on developing remote teacher training on using the "Madrasty" platform from their point of view.

The study used the descriptive approach with its survey method to achieve its objectives. A sample of (867) male and female Saudi teachers was selected and the study tool (the questionnaire) was distributed to them. The study reached the following results:

  1. The study sample’s participants are neutral in their agreement with regard to the reality of planning, implementing and evaluating the remote teacher training to use the " Madrasty " platform.
  2. There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study participants, towards planning, implementing and evaluating remote teacher training on using the " Madrasty" electronic platform, according to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of service.

Based on these results, the researcher recommended providing remote training programs at various times that suit the trainees conditions. The researcher recommended providing a website containing an explanation to the content of the " Madrasty" electronic platform.
