Abstract
The research problem:
the need for high school students to develop their spatial ability.
Research objective:
to develop the spatial capacity of high school students.
Research procedures:
A teacher's guide was designed, an achievement test was prepared to measure the cognitive aspect of the spatial ability of the super students in the middle school, and a note card was prepared to measure the performance aspect of the spatial ability of the super students in the preparatory stage, the pre-application of the tools on the research group, and the research group taught art education using the mental visualization strategy Post application of tools, analysis of results, use of statistical treatments, and presentation of recommendations and proposals in light of the research results.
research results:
- There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the two research groups in the pre and post applications of the achievement test of the cognitive aspects of spatial ability in favor of the post application.
- There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the two research groups in the pre and post applications of the achievement test of the performance aspect of spatial ability in favor of the post application.
