Abstract
The importance of choosing the topic of the research appears in explaining the implications of the differences of jurists in the criteria affecting the value, which requires scholars to address them and demonstrate their characteristics that distinguish them from others, as identifying the subtle differences between value and related concepts helps in determining the nature and nature of each transaction. Distinguishing them from others, and thus it is easy for scholars to adapt them according to Sharia in terms of their permissibility or prevention, as well as the need of dealers in our contemporary reality to know the legal rulings and detail their topics, which highlights the vitality and wealth of Islamic jurisprudence in terms of quantity and quality, and its ability to address all emerging issues and offer appropriate solutions For her, the research seeks to achieve the following objectives: To clarify the Shari’a controls in relation to the aspect of value control in contemporary financial transactions and to explain the effects of the differences of jurists in the criteria affecting the value, and to achieve the true value of his legitimate purposes in preserving money and contributing to the achievement of the economic goals of society as a whole.
