Abstract
The study aimed to present a proposed vision for empowering people with special needs in the Saudi society from an Islamic perspective, and the study sample consisted of (53) faculty members in the Department of Special Education at Taif and Umm Al-Qura Universities, and (50) teachers for people with special needs in Taif Governorate, and the researchers prepared a scale Empowering people with special needs in the Saudi society from an Islamic perspective, and to treat the results, the arithmetic mean and the "T" test were used, and the results concluded that the study sample conforms to the criteria of the proposed vision to enable people with special needs in the Saudi society from an Islamic perspective to a large extent, and there are no significant differences a statistic between the mean scores of the sample as a whole according to the number of years of experience in the total score of the scale and dimensions, and there were no differences between the mean scores of the faculty and teachers in the total score of the scale and dimensions, and the results were interpreted, the proposed vision was formulated, and the proposed study.
