Abstract
God Almighty created man to worship Him, and make the marriage a year for the survival of the human race in this world, and created Islam nation strong and cohesive society based Muslim family, he wanted her Islam happiness in this world and the hereafter, and to be a brick powerful firm in the building of the Muslim community. And Fort Islam Muslim family by all means which prevent compromised, and lead to destabilizing or demolition of its existence, but the world is based on the trials he and presence address, so maybe the family had some tribulations that lead to misalignment, which may be a bug linked to the pair who holds the divorce order. And tribulations that human affects mental and volitional and psychological imbalances, which abounded in this time and appeared them unless a tradition in the former ancestors Kalhustaraa, schizophrenia, and others, are paid the husband to divorce his wife, so was this research to show the divorce decree if uttered by the husband was It suffers from a psychological imbalance, with a statement of the position of the Jordanian personal status Law of these imbalances.
