Abstract

This research deals with the subject of behavior by individuals, whether property, money or self, by clarifying the jurisprudential rules that dealt with this aspect, where the effort was to clarify the concept of the relevant rules, in addition to the statement of legality and wording of the jurists, And, in conclusion, the contemporary issues that fall under it.
