Abstract
This study tackles the Islamic attitude from dealing with refugees; it discusses the concept of refugee and its reasons, and refugees' rights. It clarified that among their rights are preserving the five necessities, the responsible personal freedom, and the commitment to the system and law of that country which gives the refugee a permission to settle there.
The study also clarified the morals and behavior principles how to deal with refugees, such as human dignity and the principle of justice in dealing with him, despite of his religion, and the protection of his life and rights.
