Abstract
This study deals with the rooting of dealing with the schools in Islamic jurisprudence as an applied study, and showing the importance of giving the Sharia rulings the peremptory character. It has been found that the rulings that have been proven are not changed with the changing times and conditions and with the evolution of the times. These issues need further research and rooting in Islamic jurisprudence, And the study confirms the prevention of the issues that govern the affairs of the muslim community, such as the succession of women to the presidency of the state, and equality of men in inheritance, and equality of the muslim in the amount of Diya, which allowed some researchers on the basis of arguments short of governance.
