Abstract

This research comes to deal with the issue of guaranteeing the area in the Islamic jurisprudence in terms of the legal document of both the guarantee and the area and their terms and conditions, and then the statement of the guarantee of bare in Islamic jurisprudence, and its ruling also in the Jordanian civil law, with weighting between the words and explanation of this weighting.
