Abstract

Conducting a meticulous study and analysis, this research strives to explicate method and procedures applied by the companions of the prophet (PBUH) in their Ijtihad Almaqasidi. Where it has been shown that comes to focus six methods:

First it is method of using Almaqasid at extracting contemporary rulings. Second, it is a mode of understanding texts in the light of Almaqasid. Third, procedure of observing the Maqasid at the application of ruling on the contemporary issues, Forth, form of taking the consequence into consideration fifth method of balancing the harms and benefits finely the way of seeking guidance through Maqasid in prioritizing the things How, ever the research has shown the applicability of these methods by giving applicable examples.
