Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the approach of the righteous salafs of the Companions and followers, and after them of the scholars investigating the jurisprudence of the budgets, and the evidence of that jurisprudence and examples of their words and deeds and their fatwas, and to explain the importance of this kind of vital jurisprudence and to emphasize that the jurisprudence of budgets represents the disciplined method it is problematic and is driven by the conflict between competing interests and opposites. The research was based on the jurisprudence of the budgets of the authority of the scholars, Ezz ibn Abd al-Salam, as a model. The researcher concluded with a number of results, including: Revival of this jurisprudence in our time is important for the diligent and the judges and judges in the differentiation between the interests and oppositions conflicting and contending, to submit the first submission and delay the first delay.
