Abstract
This study aims to release arital disputes from the fact of the Jordania sharia court causes and Solutions from the Islamic educational perspective, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the records Irbid sharia court issues of discord and conflict that were resolved in 2016, the results of the study indicate the existence of religious, cultural, psychological, social, economic and technological reasons for the discord and conflict between the couple. in light of the findings, the study recommends those who are responsible for family reform in sharia courts with necessity to prepare awareness programs about the nature of the causes of the discord and conflictand the effects reflected on them and described the treatment within these programs.
