Abstract

This study highlighted the provision of mortgage guarantee in the hands of mortgagee, and the opinions have shown to reach the most likely.

The study has concluded that the hand of mortgage on mortgage is the hand of secrteriate that cannot be guaranteed expect in case of infringement or default.

If the damage is unintentional, there is guarantee for the mortgages and also does not diminish the right of anything.
