التضخم النقدي وأثره على الأجور والديون Monetary Inflation and its Impact on Wages and Debt
Abstract
Sharia is a realistic and flexible basis based on justice and kindness in all its assets and branches. This justice is reflected in the other sections of the legislation, the most important of which are the doors of work and money, which is the nerve of human life.
It has begun to preserve the rights of the worker and the rights of employers and seized wages and benefits to the parties.
The world today lives in waves of monetary inflation, resulting in problems in payment of benefits due to changes in values and purchasing power. The idea of this research is to examine the jurisprudential consideration of these forms in the matter of linking wages to the standard linkage of prices and inflation and discusses the risks, It is permissible to resort to arbitration in certain matters in order to promote injustice and harm to these two contractors.
