Abstract
Must takig the rules and tracking parts; and save them in diligence of Islamic law (Elijtihad Elfiqhi) -Jurisprudence-. and so the (Faqih) knows accurate science must conflicting controversy; particularly in the rules of God’s purposes (MAQASSID). And working for the sake of to preserve the Prophetic tradition, and its impact in the resolutions (SHARIA).
