Abstract
This study discusses and compares the standards of freedom of expression in Islamic law with the Jordanian constitution.
This study focuses on media standards (regarding the freedom of expression), and clarifies where both Islamic and civil law meet and differentiate.
The research looked into a variety of inductive and analytical approaches, researching religious texts and civil laws regarding the subject, and then proceeded to compare them.
