Abstract
The study aims sheds light on observed Sharia culture “عادة الشَّرعِ” in deriving Islamic rules and understanding religious texts. The paper studies means of regulating and setting up context of terminologies of Sharia culture “السِّياق الاصطلاحيِّ لعادة الشَّرعِ” due to its significance in realizing the exact intended meaning. Hence, the paper has highlighted three means and routs towards that; statement, deeds of companions and induction alongside with observance of reasoning and many others. Findings of the research include that Muslims scholar in Islamic heritage were very accurate in understanding probable meanings “محتمل” of religious text by functioning Sharia culture and its relevant contexts.
