Abstract
This study aims at clarifying the concept of Jewish law to the other and adjust it through the laws of penalties, transactions, marriage, food and drink, after shedding light on the concept of the other and defining its meaning and significance in the Jewish religion, and uncovering the foundations on which Jewish law is based, And ethnic, confirmed by the texts and sources adopted by the Jews.
