Abstract

The issue of career oppression is one of the most recent issues in public and private sector institutions, where these institutions have different images of the persecution of employees by their superiors at work.

The purpose of this research is to explain the concept of occupational oppression, its image and its jurisprudence. This topic was discussed in an introduction, two papers and a conclusion that included the most important conclusions and recommendations, in which we discussed the problem of the study, its importance.

In the first section, we discussed the reality of occupational oppression through the definition of the concept of persecution in the language and terminology, the meaning of the function of language and terminology, and the meaning of functional oppression as a composite term.
