Abstract
This work deal with the source of the fundamentalist norm of Al Imam Al Jassas and his curriculum, mentioning some regenerative impacts. So, most fundamentalists studies attached to Al Hanafi doctrine which have focused on the fundamentalist curriculum and have omitted most fundamentalist norm sources in Al Hanafi doctrine.
