Abstract
The study has amied at conceptualizing the preliminary frameworks related to the TOT program and proposing a program for administrating and implementing the university lecture in light thereofand then applying it on a selected lecture from the family counseling course in the Islamic Studies Department / Faculty of Sharia, and investigate the effect of the proposed training program on Self-Esteem among students.
The study has come to conclusion that: This perception of this proposed program will develop the lectures of university education, and raise the competencies of teachers and learners through introducing and applying it in university lectures and systematic and non-curricular activities that complete the objectives pursued by the curriculum in the practical aspect, and there was effect with statistical significant of the proposed training program on Self-Esteem among students.
The study recommended to paying attention to the curriculum in general, with focus on the different skills of the students and develop them, with the importance of developing teaching methods to achieve them and preparing the faculty members and raising their teaching competencies and skills through this vision of the proposed training program.
