Abstract

ملخص

يتناول البحث التعريف بالإمام العجلوني، من خلال التعرف على: اسمه، وكنيته، ولقبه، وشهرته، ومولده، ونشأته، ومذهبه، وشيوخه وتلاميذه، ومصنفاته وآثاره العلمية، وكيف أثنى العلماء عليه، ووفاته.

ويعرف بكتابه: "كشف الخفاء ومزيل الإلباس" من حيث اسمه، وموضوعه، ومؤلفه، وطبعات كتابه، ومحتوياته وفصوله، وثبوت نسبته للعجلوني، وكيف كانت خاتمة الكتاب.

ويحلل البحث الكتاب من حيث: سبب تأليفه، وطريقته في التأليف، والمصادر التي اعتمد عليها في كتابه، وبعض الانتقادات التي وجهت إلى كتابه، وكيف رتبه وتحدث عن القيمة العلمية للكتاب.

وكان من أهم نتائج البحث ضرورة التمييز بين الأحاديث الصحيحة والضعيفة والمكذوبة من بين طائفة من الأحاديث، التي اشتهرت على ألسنة الناس، وذلك من خلال الحكم على الأحاديث أولا، وتخريجها قبل الأخذ بها ونشرها، وإن اشتهرت على الألسن، وفي ذلك حرص منه على السنة النبوية، وحفظ الدين من عبث العابثين.

Al-Ajlouni and his method in his book: "Uncovering the invisibility and the dress-up of what is known from the Hadiths on the tongues of people"

Abstract

This research figures out Al-lmam AL-Ajlouni by defining his name, nickname, surname and his family name.

And his birth, growth, doctrine,his teachers and his students, his books and home other jurists praised him, and his death.

The research deals about his book “Kashf Al-Khfaa” “The exposure of mystery” according to its name, its subjects, its pages numbers, editions, its contents and its parts.

Also it proves the book reference to Al-Ajlouni and how the end of the book was.

The research introduces an analysis that includes the reason behind the book composition

and its resources.

The most important result of the research was the necessity of distinguishing.

Al-Hadith Al-sahih, Al-Daeef, Al-Makthoub from a group of Al-Ahadith that are popular among people in order to protect Al-Sunnah and the religion.
