ملخص

يتحدث البحث عن الاختلاف العقدي تأسيسا لفقهه وتأكيدا على أن الاختلاف في فروع العقيدة شأنه شأن الاختلاف الفقهي؛ إذ ليست كل مسائل العقيدة من باب القطعيات التي لا يصوغ فيها الاختلاف. وبيّن البحث أن للاختلاف العقدي أسبابه الموضوعية. كما قد عرض إلى آثار الاختلاف، وبيّن سبل علاج الاختلاف حتى لا يتحول الاختلاف المقبول إلى خلاف مرذول.

Its causes, effects and treatment methods

Abstract

This study addresses Islamic doctrinal differences and its impacts on establishing Fiqh disagreements. The researcher emphasizes that such doctrinal differences in the branches of Islamic faith is the same as differences in the branches of Islamic Fiqh. The reason lies behind emerging these differences is that a large number of matters of Islamic belief are not decisive and absolute. These beliefs matters are researchable and arguable. The researcher also points out that the Islamic doctrinal differences have its objective reasons and their impacts should academically addressed in depth. This approach can make the argument acceptable and prevent rejected difference.
