Abstract

This research aims to seek the Islamic ruling on the issue of cosmetic eye color change, whether through laser treatment or implanting colored lenses. The study follows a descriptive-analytical approach by describing the phenomenon based on experts' opinions and then conducting a jurisprudential analysis of the topic in light of various opinions. The research concludes that this procedure is prohibited due to the potential harm it may cause, including increased eye pressure, severe eye inflammations, cataracts, and damage to the inner layer of the cornea.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة الوصول إلى الحكم الشرعي لمسألة التغيير التجميلي للون العيون، سواء أكان ذلك التغيير عن طريق الليزر أم عن طريق زراعة عدسة ملونة، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بوصف الظاهرة بناء على رأي المختصين، ثم الدراسة الفقهية للموضوع في ضوء الآراء فيها. وقد انتهى البحث إلى تحريم هذه العملية؛ نظراً للضرر المترتب عليها المتمثل في الأمور الآتية: ارتفاع في ضغط العين، والتهابات شديدة في العين، فضلاً عن إعتام عدسة العين، وتلف الطبقة الداخلية للقرنية.
