Abstract
The study aims to know the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices by Cycle-Two principals and the relationship between these practices as viewed by Wilayat As-Sweig female teachers in North Batinah governorate. The study also aims to know the effect of the independent variables of qualification, period of work in the school, job title and age. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher prepared the study tool which is a questionnaire of 49 items covering seven areas. These areas are: organizational values, beliefs, norms, the expectations of how the organization would be policies and procedures, technical and administrative practices and the local community. After proving the reliability and validity of the study tool, it has been applied to the study sample of 155 female teachers Data were collected and analyzed using the Mean, Standard Deviation, and T-test for one group and the T-test for two independent groups, uni differential analysis to know the significance of the differences among some variables and Pearson Correlation coefficient to calculate the correlation between the organizational culture and the administrative practices. The study results have shown that Second Cycle female teachers of Wilayat As-Sweig have realized the significance of the organizational structure to a very high degree, and of the significance of administrative practices to a high. degree. As for the independent variables, the results have revealed that there are no statistically significant differences for the qualification, work period in school, job title and age in each of organizational structure and administrative practices. The results have also shown that there is a god relationship between the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices for the Cycle two school principals in Wilayat As Sweig In the light of these results, the study has made some recommendations including: The importance of preparing lectures and training courses for all school principals to enlighten them of the importance of the organizational culture and the administrative practices to increase their realization of both of these variables as far as knowledge and practice are concerned
