Abstract

This study aimed to conclude the ways in which the Islamic Waqf can contribute to solving the problem of forced migration, and in order to reach this goal In the first section, I talked about what the Waqf and forced migration are, and then a practical framework for some of the problems and economic impacts of Syrian forced migration To Jordan, while in the second topic, ways to develop some Islamic Waqf formulas were concluded in order to treat,and the study concluded that the activation of the Islamic Waqf can contribute to treating many economic problems of forced migration, such as financing basic services such as education, health, Energy, production, employment,and its financing of housing,and Financing vulnerable individuals in forced migration, and the study recommended the necessity of expanding the application of Waqf formulas among members of society in order to reach a solution to the problem of forced migration
