Abstract
Isolation is a transitional phase for a person as it is a preventive treatment for life accidents; Therefore, his status and characteristics varied according to the human condition in his time and place, and the legal text gave this concept great importance. Many texts indicate his legitimacy, including the words of God Almighty - a story about Ibrahim, peace be upon him: {وَأَعْتَزِلُكُمْ وَمَا تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَأَدْعُو رَبِّي عَسَى أَلَّا أَكُونَ بِدُعَاءِ رَبِّي شَقِيًّا} Surah Maryam Verse 48.]
And the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, walked it in his first order. The first thing that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, started from the revelation is the right vision... Then he was endowed with emptiness, and he was emptied of a cave of Hira, so he worshiped him - which is worship - alone. Likewise, at the beginning of the call and before speaking out in Dar Al-Arqam bin Abi Al-Arqam. Such a person carries the legitimacy of the origin of isolation, and isolation has types and conditions that vary according to the situation and time.
