Abstract
The study touched on the educational impact that is reflected on teachers ’giving and performance to educate Syrian refugee children, the degree of school principals playing their role as resident supervisors, and how internal and external donors and United Nations agencies contribute to contributing and advancing education.
The study community consisted of all teachers in the evening period, in Jerash Governorate, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (39) paragraphs distributed in (4) fields, and its honesty and consistency were verified by educational and statistical methods, and accordingly, the teachers ’assessments of the degree of the manager’s exercise of his role As a resident supervisor, it was a high degree, from their point of view, as the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences
