Abstract
The study aimed to explain the innovation management effect on innovative climate in commercial Kuwaiti and Bahraini banks, the study had used the analytical survey disctiptive method that help collected the data from resources through questionnaire distributed on population study. The sample study represented in (5) Kuwaiti banks, same Bahraini banks, after analysis the data the study achieved to:
There is effect for innovation manangement on innovative climate, meaning correlation between the the study variable, also there are statistically significant differences refer to the region in all study fields favor to Bahrain kingdom. so the study recommended the importance searching about training program to develop the employees, and enhancing new technology tools to Provide service facilitate to customers, finally leaning Commercial banks in the State of Kuwait from the work of commercial banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve higher levels of practice of innovation management, which is expected to reflect on the innovation climate at work, which will affect the performance of the work as a whole
