Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between language and the principles of jurisprudence of the Arabic language, and to achieve the goals of the study, and to answer its questions, the researcher used the following approaches: (descriptive, contrastive analysis, and historical methods). The study reached the most important results: The jurisprudence of linguistics and linguistics are two interrelated science, it is difficult to separate them accurately, and among the scholars who considered them two sides of the same coin, or two terms for one concept, the differences between them are accurate, so jurisprudence of language is a time earlier term for linguistics, which appeared to clarify the focus Linguistically, linguists describe linguistics as a comparative science, while linguistics is a structural science, and linguists' research is limited to the history of language, while linguists consider their descriptive reports. Linguistically, congruence builds jurisprudence and science, and in this way a number of linguists and researchers took no distinction between the two sciences. Rather, they made (jurisprudence and linguistics) two terms for one concept or one science
