Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى إنجاز دراسة نظرية تتصل بأهمية إعداد المدرسين وفق مدخل الكفايات والوصول إلى منظومة من الكفايات الأساسية والفرعية التي ينبغي أن يكتسبها المدرس الناجح من وجهة نظر الموجهين الاختصاصيين وكذلك الوصول إلى قائمة من الصفات الشخصية التي ينبغي أن يتحلى بها المدرس الناجح من وجهة نظر طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد طبق البحث على (۷۸) موجها اختصاصية وموجهة اختصاصية يشرفون على المدرسين والمدرسات في مدينة دمشق لتعرف أهم الكفايات اللازمة وفق المحاور الثلاثة الأكاديمية، والتربوية النفسية، والوظيفية المهنية وعلی (۱۰۷۲) طالبا وطالبة من الصفين الأول والثاني الثانويين التعرف الصفات التي يرون أن من الضروري أن يتحلى بها المدرس الناجح.

وبينت نتائج البحث أهمية الكفايات الأكاديمية وتفرعاتها، وكذلك التربوية والنفسية وما اشتملت عليه من كفايات فرعية، وكذلك الأمر نفسه بخصوص الكفايات المهنية والوظيفية، كما رتب الطلبة خمس صفات للمدرس الناجح حسب الأهمية:

متمكن من مادته - محترم ويحترم الآخرين - ذكي - مخلص ومتفان - محاور ومناقش.

وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات من أهمها:

أن تأخذ مؤسسات إعداد المدرس في سورية والكليات الجامعية المختصة بعين الاعتبار أهمية الكفايات والصفات التي يجب أن يتحلى بها المدرس كي يكون ناجحة ولا سيما تلك الصفات التي حصلت على أعلى الدرجات من نتائج هذه الدراسة مع السعي الحثيث من أجل إكساب المدرسين قبل الخدمة وفي أثنائها تلك الكفايات وتلك الصفات.

The research aims to complete a theoretical study related to the importance of preparing teachers according to the competency approach and access to a system of basic and secondary competencies that a successful teacher should acquire from the point of view of specialized mentors, as well as access to a list of personal qualities that a successful teacher should possess from the point of view of stage students Secondary school, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and the research was applied to (78) specialist mentors and mentors who supervise male and female teachers in the city of Damascus to know the most important competencies needed according to the three axes: academic, psychological education, and professional career, and on (1072) male and female students from the first and second grades of secondary school. Identify the qualities that they consider necessary for a successful teacher to possess.

The results of the research showed the importance of academic competencies and their branches, as well as educational and psychological and what they included of sub-competencies, as well as the same with regard to professional and functional competencies, and the students ranked five characteristics of a successful teacher in order of importance:

Able of his material - respectful and respectful of others - intelligent - loyal and dedicated - interlocutor and debater.

The research concluded with a set of proposals, the most important of which are:

The teacher preparation institutions in Syria and the specialized university colleges should take into consideration the importance of the competencies and qualities that the teacher must possess in order to be successful, especially those qualities that obtained the highest degrees from the results of this study, while striving to provide teachers before and during service those competencies. And those traits.
