Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مشرفي التربية الرياضية في تطوير الرياضة المدرسية المديريات التربية والتعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة المفرق، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته وأغراض الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۸۳) معلم ومعلمة بنسبة (59%) من المجتمع الأصلي وموزعة بين (۳۹) معلمة و(44) معلمة، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة صمم الباحث استبانة مكونة من (45) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، هي: (التخطيط، التدريس، النمو المهني، الحوافز).

وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن دور مشرفي التربية الرياضية في تطوير الرياضة المدرسية في مجال التخطيط كان بمستوى عالي، أما دور المشرفين في مجالات التدريس، والنمو المهني، والحوافز ) فكان بدرجة متوسطة من حيث تطوير الرياضة المدرسية في مديريات التربية والتعليم المحافظة المفرق، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيرات الدراسة الآتية: (المؤهل العلمي، الجنس، الخبرة، المديرية).

This study aimed to identify the role of physical education supervisors in developing school sports in the education directorates from the teachers’ point of view in Mafraq Governorate. And distributed between (39) female teachers and (44) female teachers, and to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (45) paragraphs divided into four areas: (planning, teaching, professional growth, incentives).

The results of the study revealed that the role of physical education supervisors in developing school sports in the field of planning was at a high level, while the role of supervisors in the areas of teaching, professional growth, and incentives) was moderately in terms of developing school sports in the districts of education in the governorate of Mafraq. The study: There are no statistically significant differences for the following study variables: (educational qualification, gender, experience, directorate).
