Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الابتدائية، في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلم السعودي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أتبع المنهج الوصفي، من خلال استخدام بطاقة الملاحظة كأداة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۲۹) معلمة للعلوم بمدارس البنين في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة الطائف.

وتم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلم السعودي كان متوسطا على الأداة الكلية, وكذلك على مجالاتها.

وتم صياغة عدد من التوصيات أهمها التأكيد على كليات التربية لتبني المعايير المهنية للمعلم السعودي في برامج ومناهج إعداد معلمي العلوم، ونشر ثقافة التقويم بصفة عامة، والتقويم الذاتي تقويم المعلم لنفسه) بصفة خاصة، والاهتمام بالتدريب أثناء الخدمة، وخصوصا للمعلمين الجدد أو ذوي الخبرة القليلة، كما اقترحت الدراسة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث في مجال تقویم الأداء لمعلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الابتدائية، للوقوف على أسباب تدني مستوى الأداء ومعالجتها.

This study aimed to know the level of teaching performance of science teachers in the primary stage, in light of the professional standards of the Saudi teacher. In boys' schools in the primary stage in the city of Taif.

A number of results were reached, the most important of which is that the level of teaching performance of science teachers at the primary stage in light of the professional standards of the Saudi teacher was average on the overall tool, as well as on its fields.

A number of recommendations were formulated, the most important of which is the emphasis on education colleges to adopt the professional standards of the Saudi teacher in the programs and curricula for preparing science teachers, spreading the culture of evaluation in general, self-evaluation of the teacher’s self-evaluation) in particular, and attention to in-service training, especially for new teachers or those with little experience. The study also suggested conducting more studies and research in the field of performance evaluation for science teachers at the primary stage, to find out the reasons for the low level of performance and to address them.
