Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في الأردن لمهارات الاتصال الفعال. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تطوير أداة مؤلفة من (47) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: علاقة المدير مع المعلمين, وعلاقته مع الطلبة, وعلاقته مع المجتمع المحلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في الأردن للعام الدراسي2014/2013م وعددهم (66) مديرة ومديرة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة المديرين لمهارات الاتصال الفعال حسب تقديراتهم ولكل المجالات كانت كبيرة). كما خلصت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( =0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات المديرين ككل ولكل مجال على حده تعزي لمتغير التخصص ولصالح المديرين من ذوي التخصصات العلمية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية عند نفس مستوى الدلالة تعزي لمتغيري جنس المدير والمرحلة التعليمية للمدرسة .

This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley in Jordan practice effective communication skills. To achieve this, a tool was developed consisting of (47) paragraphs divided into three areas: the principal's relationship with teachers, his relationship with students, and his relationship with the local community. The sample of the study consisted of all school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley in Jordan for the academic year 2013/2014, and their number was (66) principals.

The study concluded that the degree to which managers practice effective communication skills according to their assessments and in all areas was significant. It also concluded that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (= 0.05) between the arithmetic averages of the principals’ estimates as a whole and for each field separately due to the variable of specialization and in favor of managers with scientific specializations for school .
