Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المدرسة الثانوية في إكساب طلبتها ثقافة مفاهيم المواطنة، من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (2031) طالباً وطالبة من أقاليم الأردن الثلاثة (إقليم الشمال، إقليم الوسط، إقليم الجنوب)، وتألفت أداة الدراسة من (41) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي )المسحي). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تقييم الطلبة لدور المدرسة الثانوية في إكساب طلبتها ثقافة مفاهيم المواطنة، قد جاءت على الدرجة الكلية وعلى أربعة مجالات بدرجة "كبيرة" من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم، بينما جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على مجال الوعي السياسي. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α = 0.05 ) في درجة تقييم الطلبة لدور المدرسة الثانوية في إكساب طلبتها ثقافة مفاهيم المواطنة على الدرجة الكلية، وعلى المجالات: الحقوق والواجبات، الجانب الإنساني، وقبول الآخر، والعمل التطوعي، تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α = 0.05 ) في مجالي: المواطنة والانتماء، والوعي السياسي، لصالح الذكور. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α = 0.05 ) في درجة تقييم الطلبة لدور المدرسة الثانوية في إكساب طلبتها ثقافة مفاهيم المواطنة على الدرجة الكلية، وعلى المجالات: المواطنة والانتماء، الوعي السياسي، الحقوق والواجبات، الجانب الإنساني وقبول الآخر، تبعاً لمتغير الإقليم. بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α = 0.05 ) في مجال: العمل التطوعي، لصالح إقليم الوسط

This study aimed to know the role of the secondary school in providing its students with a culture of citizenship concepts, from the students’ point of view in light of some variables. The study tool consisted of (41) items divided into five areas, and to achieve the study's goal, the descriptive (survey) approach was used. The results of the study showed that the degree of students’ evaluation of the role of the secondary school in providing its students with a culture of citizenship concepts came on the total score and in four areas, with a “great” degree from the students’ point of view, while it came at a medium degree on the field of political awareness. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) in the degree of students’ evaluation of the role of the secondary school in providing its students with a culture of citizenship concepts on the total score, and on the areas: rights and duties, the human aspect, acceptance of the other, and volunteer work, according to the gender variable . While the results showed a statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) in the areas of citizenship, belonging, and political awareness, in favor of males. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) in the degree of students’ evaluation of the role of the secondary school in providing its students with a culture of citizenship concepts on the total score, and on the areas: citizenship and belonging, political awareness, rights and duties, the human aspect and acceptance of the other, according to for the region variable. While the results showed a statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) in the field of: volunteer work, in favor of the middle region
