Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير الحاجة إلى الاعتماد على عملية الرقابة الإدارية لتحسين الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم في الأردن، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري التربية والتعليم ومساعديهم، وذلك في العام 2016م، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تعرف واقع عملية الرقابة الإدارية وأهميتها لتحسين الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم الأردنية عن طريق توزيع أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، والذي مثل عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها (122) موزعين على: (42) مدير تربية، و(40) مديراً إدارياً مالياً، و(40) مديراً فنياً تعليمياً، موزعين على جميع أنحاء الأردن ضمن (42) منطقة إدارية، واستخدمت الدراسة لذلك المنهج المسحي الوصفي، وجرى التحقق من ثبات الأداة باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا، أما صدق الأداة فقد جرى التحقق منه عن طريق صدق المحكمين، وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: جاء واقع الاعتماد على أبعاد عملية الرقابة الإدارية لتحسين الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم الأردنية بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت أهمية الاعتماد على أبعاد عملية الرقابة الإدارية لتحسين الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم الأردنية بدرجة عالية، وكان تقدير حاجة مديريات التربية والتعليم الأردنية للاعتماد على أبعاد عملية الرقابة الإدارية لتحسين الأداء بدرجة كبيرة.

This study aimed at assessing the needs for the reliance on the process of administrative control to improve performance at the Educational directorates in Jordan. The population of the study consisted of all the principals and their assistants in the Directorates of education in Jordan in the year (2016).To achieve the goals of the study, the importance and the reality of the administrative control process to improve performance were recognized in the Jordanians' Directorates of education by distributing the study tool (Questionnaire) to all of the (144) individuals of the study population in the directorates of education all over Jordan within (42) geographical administrative areas. The study used the descriptive survey approach, The study concluded with the following results :

- The status quo of the reliance on the administrative control process to improve performance at the Directorates of education with medium degree.

- The importance of the dimension of the administrative control process to improve performance in the Jordanian educational Directorates.

The estimation of the Jordanian Directorates need to rely on the dimension of the administrative control process to improve performance was high
