Abstract

هدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية الإلكترونية لتحسين إدارة مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني المتزامن لدى المعلمات بتعليمية ظفار في سلطنة عُمان، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبة التجريبي، وأنشأت مجتمع تعلم مهني إلكتروني في منصة Microsoft Teams بعضوية عدد من المعلمات المجيدات في مجال إدارة التدريس المتزامن لتقديم أساليب وفعاليات متنوعة تدعم مهارات المعلمات عينة البحث لينفذ في فترة محددة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من عام 2020/ 2021م. وطبقت أداتين بحثيتين هما: بطاقة الملاحظة "استمارة زيارة إشرافية لمعلم مجال/ مادة" والاستبانة على عينة قصدية بلغت (22) معلمة.

وأظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق مجتمع التعلم المهني الإلكتروني كان فاعلا في تحسين إدارة مهارات إدارة التدريس الإلكتروني المتزامن لدى المعلمات عينة البحث، وله دور في التنمية المهنية وتطوير الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمات، وقد ظهر ذلك جليا في ارتفاع المتوسط العام لمحاور الاستبانة البالغ (4,1141) على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وارتفاع نسب التقييم البَعدي في بنود بطاقة الملاحظة لأداء المعلمات، بينما لم تكشف نتائج اختبار (Oneway ANOVA) عن وجود فروقات دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرَي البحث وهما: سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. وقد خلص البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء ما ورد من النتائج.

The aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of applying electronic professional learning communities to improve the skills of managing the simultaneous electronic teaching of female teachers in Dhofar Education in the Sultanate of Oman, and to achieve the research objectives. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach and established an electronic professional learning community in the Microsoft Teams platform with a membership of a number of proficient female teachers in the field of concurrent teaching management to provide various methods and activities that support the teachers’ skills, the research sample to be carried out in a specific period during the second semester of 2020/2021.

Two research tools were applied: the observation card, "a supervisory visit form for the second field (math-science) and the questionnaire on an intended sample of (22) teachers. The results showed that the application of the e-professional learning community was effective in improving the managing simultaneous electronic teaching management skills of the female teachers in the research sample and had a role in the professional development and career development of female teachers.This was evident on Likert's scale, as it reached (4,1141).

It revealed, also, by the high percentages of post evaluation in the observation card items for female teachers’ performance. The results of the (Oneway ANOVA) test did not reveal the existence of statistically significant differences due to the two research variables, namely: years of experience and academic qualification. The research concluded with several recommendations and proposals considering the results reached.
