Abstract

This research aims to identify the relationship between workplace bullying and anxiety about professional among a sample of Damascus university employees. The sample consists of 500 employees, (235) females and (265) males.The results came as follows:There is a significant statically relation between workplace bullying and anxiety about professional among the sample.There are no significant statically differences in the scores of the sample at anxiety about professional future questionnaire according to the gender variable.There are significant statically differences in the scores of the sample at questionnaire according to the gender variable. workplace bullyingTo investigate the hypotheses the researcher used workplace bullying questionnaire and anxiety about professional future questionnaire.
