Abstract
The study aims atidentifyingthe effect of rehabilitation program(rehabilitation exercises in and out of the water)on patients withdiscprolapse (L4-L5).In so doing, the researchers used the empirical method on a sample thatconsisted of 14 patientswhose ages ranged from 25 to 50 years old and who never underwent any medical, rehabilitation or surgical treatment of the lower back.The program wascarried outfor 8 weeks in amount of 3 sessionsper week.The resultsof the researchthat employedWilcoxon show that there are statisticallysignificantdifferences in the variablesof the study. The study also showed that there is a positive effect of the use of rehabilitation exercises on patients and that the duration of the program wassufficient to show improvement of the variables of the study.
