The Practicing Degree of the Public Secondary School Principals to the their Roles as Educational Leaders
Abstract
The study aimed to recognize the reality of administrative creativity among women leaders in the Jordanian Ministry of Education and its relationship to some variables. The study sample consisted of 348 personnel who are working under the command of women leaders. The results showed that the creative performance of women leaders in the Ministry of Education from the perspective of the sample participants was high. Furthermore, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at (α=0.05) in the degree of administrative creativity among women leaders due to gender on all areas of the questionnaire, and in favor of males, while no statistically significant differences were found due to educational qualification or experience on the total score and on all areas of the research tool.
