Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the degree of the organizational trust among the academic leaderships in Kuwait University, and its relation to the creative behavior of those working with them. The population consisted of all the academic leaderships in Kuwait University, reaching (225) academic leaderships for 2017. The respondents were (196).

The results showed that the total degree of the organizational trust among the academic leaders at Kuwait University from their perspective was moderate, with a mean of (3.67). Furthermore, the results indicated that the total degree for the creative behavior among the workers in Kuwait University from the perspective of their leaders was high, with a mean of (3.98). There is also a relationship between the degree of the organizational trust among the academic leaderships at Kuwait University and the degree of the creative behavior for those working with them. Based on the results, the researchers recommend strengthening the organizational trust values, as it helps in achieving the universities’ objectives.
