The Status Quo of Teaching Staff Members Commiement to Educational Ethics at the Public Universities in the U.A.E
Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the status quo of teaching staff members commitment to educational ethics from the perspectives of the academic administrators in the UAE public universities and the differences that are attributed to the variables of the study.
The sample consisted of (150) academic administrators in public universities in UAE. The results showed that the teaching staff members of the public universities in the United Arab Emirates are committed to the ethics of the education profession was moderate. The results also showed that there were significant differences attributed to the variable of sex, in favor of maleسو and that there were significant differences attributed to the variable of Qualification, in favor of the PhD holders. Finally, there were no significant differences attributed to the variable of experience.
