The reality of creative behavior among faculty members at Al - Bayt University

Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the reality of creative behavior among faculty members at Al-Bayt University. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (24) items and its validity and reliability were assured. The questionnaire was distributed on the study population which consisted of (274) faculty member. The results of the study showed that the degree of appreciation of the reality of creative behavior among the faculty members of Al-Bayt University from the point of view of the members of the study sample was medium. The researcher has used the survey method was used where the results revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimations of the study sample to the creative behavior of faculty members in Al-Bayt University attributed the academic rank and in favor of the rank of professor at the macro-level of the instrument and on all dimensions.
