Abstract

Abstract:

The study aimed to reveal the predictive ability of social intelligence for the degree of applying leadership program for future to the United Nations Relief & Work Agency (UNRWA) school principals in Jordan from the teachers point of view. The study employed the analytical descriptive methodology. The population of the study consisted of (4049) male & female teachers from the UNRWA schools, and in order to achieve the goal of the study a sample of (335) male & female teachers were randomly selected. They were chosen by the stratified random sample method. The study tool was presented by two questionnaires, the first questionnaire is to measure the social intelligence level and the second is to measure applying the contents of the leadership program for future, after being certain of its procedures validity and reliability. The results indicated that the level of social intelligence among the principals of the UNRWA schools has come in a great degree, with a mean of 76.8. The results have also indicated that the level of applying the contents of leadership program for future has come in greater degree and with a mean of 76.8. The results showed that there is a predictive ability for the social intelligence for future upto the extent of applying the contents of the leadership program, where the social intelligence was interpreted at (70.8) in disparity in the degree of applying by the principals of the UNRWA schools, and the detection of direct linear relations among the variables.

هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن المقدرة التنبؤية للذكاء الاجتماعي لدرجة تطبيق مضامين برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل لدى مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية (الاونروا) في الأردن من وجهة نظر المعلمين. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من(4049) معلماً ومعلمة في مدارس (الاونروا)، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أُختيرت عينة من(335) معلمًا ومعلمة بطريقة العينة الطبقية العشوائية، وقد تمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانتين الأولى لقياس مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي، والثانية لقياس درجة تطبيق مضامين برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل بعد التأكد من إجراءات صدقهما وثباتهما. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مديري مدارس (الاونروا) جاء بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي(76.8)، كما أشارت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق مضامين برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل جاءت كبيرة بدرجة وبمتوسط حسابي (76.8)، كما بينت النتائج وجود مقدرة تنبؤية للذكاء الاجتماعي لدرجة تطبيق مضامين برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل، إذ فسر الذكاء الاجتماعي فيها (70.8%) من التباين في درجة التطبيق لدى مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية (الاونروا).
