Moral Intelligence as Predictor for the Moral Conduct among Yarmouk University Students
Abstract
This study sought to reveal the levels of moral intelligence and to investigate the predictive ability of the moral intelligence for moral behavior at Yarmouk University Students. The sample of the study consisted of 1000 university students. The sample responded to the Moral Intelligence Scale (Abu Awwad, 2011) , and Moral Behavior Scale developed by the researchers. The results revealed that moral intelligence and moral behavior had moderate levels. There were statistically significant differences in moral intelligence level due to gender, in favor of females, while there were no statistically significant differences due to type of faculty. The results of the study indicated that moral intelligence is a strong predictor for moral behavior among Yarmouk University students. DOI: 10.33977/1182-011-029-003
