Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the role of schools’ administration increating attractive scholastic environment in the schools of Palestine fromthe teachers’ viewpoint- Salfeet Governorate a model.To test the study hypothesis, the researcher used the analyticaldescriptive methodology including statistical package for social sciences(SPSS) , arithmetic averages, one way variable analysis (ANOVA) and t- test.In order to collect the necessary information, a questionaire was distributedon the sample which was 233 teachers and formed 20% of the study society.The study revealed the following:1. There is a large role of schools’ administration in creating attractivescholastic environment in the schools of Salfeet Governorate from theteachers’ viewpoint and it has a large role due to the variables (sex, placeof residence, scientific qualification, salary, experience) at statistical level(α≤0.05) .2. There is no role for schools’ administration in creating attractive scholasticenvironment in the schools of Salfeet Governorate from the teachers’viewpoint due to the variables (age, academic stage) at statistical level(α≤0.05) .In the light of the study results, the researcher recommends:Urging schools’ administration to hold workshops, symposium related tomodern classroom management, effective methods to achieve disciplineand to deal with students in and out of classroom and the importance ofcommunications between schools’ administration and parents of students.Urging the students to engage in common activities between students,teachers and schools’ administration
