Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the educational practices amongEducation Faculty members at Shaqra University in Al- Dawadmi from theirperspective. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed aquestionnaire that included (29) items, applied to a sample of (25) male andfemale faculty members.The results of the study showed that level of the educational practicesamong the individuals of the study sample was of a high degree, with a mean(4.18) and standard deviation (0.64) , but there weren›t statistically significantdifferences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the arithmetic meansto the estimates of individuals of the study sample individuals attributed to thestudy variables.The researcher recommended holding meetings of faculty membersthemselves to share experiences and promote their positive practices, andholding training courses to faculty members, particularly those who havebeen recently appointed, to guide them to positive practices they are requiredto observe inside the university.
