Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the level of e- learning skills relatedto Moodle and virtual classes mastered by Al- Quds Open University studentsand to know the differences in their mastering of these skills according togender, specialization, academic level and learning region.The study was applied on a sample consisting of 473 students, 198 maleand 275 female. The study’s questionnaire consisted of the following domains:general e- learning skills, Moodle skills and virtual class skills.The study reached the following results:Al- Quds Open University students mastered all the skills. The relativeweight of the total degree was 70.76%. The results also indicated that therewere statistically significant differences in the degree of mastering e- learningskills among Al- Quds Open University students relating to gender in favor ofmale students. There were also statistically significant differences in the degreeof mastering e- learning skills among Al- Quds Open University studentsrelated to specialization in favor of students in scientfic specialisations.
