Abstract
The aimed of this study is to inquire about the level of organizational trustin public secondary schools in Jerash Governorate from the teachers’ pointof view. A questionnaire was constructed which consists of three dimensions.After assuring its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributedto (199) teachers. The result showed that the level of organizational trust inpublic secondary schools in Jerash was (medium) as a whole and in everydimension. There were significant differences at (a ≤ 0.05) in the teachers’point of views according to sex variable in favor of female, and related totheir academic qualifications it is in favor of holders of master degrees, butthere were no statistical significant differences according to experience.
